Sitati supports project teams to strengthen and grow their methodological competence, oversees training quality assurance processes for all training, and ensures that training modules operate smoothly. He ensures quality trainers, quality content, quality delivery and impact learning in all our programs. He serves as Board Member YMCA Nairobi Branch, where he chairs the Youth and Programmes Committee, as well as being a contributing writer on The African Executive Magazine.
