Cate supports MSMEs and entrepreneurs to establish and strengthen gender equality, diversity, and inclusion solutions that improve their business performance. She ensures effective and efficient roll out of planned gender and inclusion activities and support the implementation of gender transformative approaches within our work. She has an undergraduate in Food Security, and a certificate in Kenya Sign Language.
